The house and the exploitation buildings, accessible by a private road, are in the same place and in contiguity in the middle of a plot of nearly 10 Ha, consisting of vines, a park and a large meadow descending on a stream.


Two "maisons de Maître", with renovated exteriors, facing south, dating from 1870 and 1927, offer an exceptional character to constitute an imposing property complex in excellent condition, with a living area of 500 m².

These houses have many adjoining outbuildings.

A large swimming pool, a veranda and a vast garden filled with flowers and ornamental shrubs, are well integrated in this natural and architectural environment.


The vineyard is splited into 3 blocks on a clay-limestone and loam-clay soil of which 10 ha around the house.

The 24 ha that make up this estate, are well maintained and planted mainly in red with 63% Merlot, 32% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Sauvignon and 2% Malbec.
