Nestled in the heart of the Côtes du Rhône appellation and the Cèze Valley, this characterful property is located in the near of Goudargues, nicknamed the « Venice of the Gard,» in a very touristic area with all amenities.

It is easily accessible with the A7 motorway axis at 30 mn and the Avignon TGV trainstation at about 45 mn.

BASTIDE

The bastide backs on to the hillside and is preserved from the north Mistral wind. It has been built in the 1800's and offers three levels of living space, over 700 m² and keeps all its authenticity. It will need refurbisment work.

In continuation to the bastide, a caretaker’s cottage, other outbuildings and an outstanding dovecote.

 

VINEYARD

The sloped vineyard is planted on a clay-limestone soil and spreads over 24 ha (among which 10 ha in farmed land) classed in AOP Côtes du Rhône and Vin de Pays d’Oc. It is easy to farm for the crafting of premium wines.
