This Domaine is ideally located in a touristic region, 10 min away from the motorway. It is set in a pleasant environment, free from any nuisance, and enjoying clear views on the surrounding hills and countryside. All amenities are available less than 5 min away. Orange are only 30 mn away.

WINERY

2,300 m² of buildings are available for wine production purposes. 

  • A large sales vault with an office, a winery used for bottling.
  • Fully equipped vinification cellar over 2 floors.
  • Aging cellar in the basement, over 450 m², equipped with heavy barrels and “fonder” 
  • Another winery of 250 m², used to store bottles, with a conditioning room for grafts and another room for sediment precipitation.

VINEYARD

The Domaine’s vineyard spreads over 59 ha, mainly set around the buildings, and the remainder in some nearby villages :

  • 14 ha in Côtes-du-Rhône Villages
  • 20.6 ha in generic Côtes-du-Rhône
  • 7.1 ha in IGP

The harvest is mainly mechanical, except for few hectares, and the culture is traditional.

The Domaine also includes 3 ha of woods and 1.7 ha of grafts.
