XIXth Century Château
The castle and its outbuildings are enclosed by walls over 2.5 ha including a 1 ha park beautifully planted with hundred-year-old plane trees. On 3 levels, it offers 180 m² on the ground and this for its main part (10x18m). The Bastide has remained authentic: the structure is in good general condition, however a total rehabilitation is to be expected.
The environment is very bucolic and natural thanks to its park, its basin and old facilities (tennis, alleys, wind turbines, water reserve of 800 hl).
Vineyard
The estate covers around 43 ha, including 36 ha of vines planted and classified in Cru (25 ha), Côtes du Rhône (0.5 ha) and Vin de Table, Vin de Pays (around 10 ha). The terroir is of high quality and the wines are sold in France and for export.
Winery and outbuildings
The winery, independent of the castle and of more recent construction, with a surface area of 400 m², offers a capacity of 2,500 hl in mixed vats. Renovated 10 years ago, it is very functional and perfectly equipped.
Outbuildings adjoining the winery: 4 dwellings separate from the winery, fully renovated, are rentable year round.
Sheds: The winery is completed by various sheds, one of which allows the accommodation of cultivation equipment (12x8m).
