Luberon area – winery over 45 ha
A few dozen kilometres from Mont Ventoux, the “Giant of Provence”, this property sit high up in the heart of the Luberon Natural Park, surrounded by the natural environment of the countryside. It has the advantage of proximity to very touristic villages in Luberon. Motorway connections are 25 minutes away, and the high-speed train to Avignon is 50 minutes away.
VINEYARD
Set amongst 45 ha, the organic-certified estate has almost 10.2 ha of vineyards planted, of which 8.2 ha are vines classed as AOP Ventoux, with IGP. Situated in a dominantly clay/limestone terroir, the vineyard offers a selection of grape varieties that are perfectly adapted to Luberon’s Mediterranean climate and terroir. The whole vineyard is concentrated around buildings, allowing easy access to all the plots.
OTHER LAND
To this day, approximately 7 hectares of agricultural land is used to produce alfalfa and wheat, meaning the estate’s wine-growing area can be expanded.
A 2-ha olive grove (in production) allows high-quality olive oil to be produced. Additionally, the property price is composed of woods and an almond plot above the cellar.
WINERY
The estate features a modern gravitation-method cellar with an area of around 350m².
