The estate is situated in the heart on the Aude department. It is easily accessed with a large town at 15 mn and an international airport at 20 mn.


The vineyard strethes over 37 ha, all certified organic for about 16 years. 14 ha are classed in AOP Cabardes, the remaining in IGP.

About 50% of the vineyard has been planted less than 20 years ago.


The winery is large, modern, very functional and offers a total capacity of 3500 hl.

The buildings comprise offices, one 220 m² appartment and a wineshop of about 80 m².

A hangar is divided in a workshop and a bottle warehouse over 120 m².


No main house sold with the property.


The turnover has been steadily increased for the past 4 years; it represents about 505 K€.
