This contiguous property boasts a commanding position in the heart of the Rhone wine region, close to a village with all commodities. Access to the estate is facilitated by the proximity of motorway connections, just 10 min away. Avignon train station is found 20 min away, and Marseille Airport is 50 min away.


This 55 ha property offers a 35.7 ha vineyard, of which 34.70 hectares are classified as Cru Tavel.  The vineyard is organically farmed. The grape varieties are regularly renewed, and the vineyard is generally in good condition.


This ancient XIIth century priory, set in its own grounds, offers more than 1,000 m² of living space. Only one part of the building has been renovated by the current owners, and today the bastide offers two house in good condition. A small private function house is found around 100m from the main body of the priory.

The wine cellar has a capacity of approximately 3,000 hl and offers modern, effective and functional equipment. The cellar offers unit capacities in epoxy-coated concrete on two perpendicular sections.
