10-Hectare Biodynamic Wine Estate with Provençal Farmhouse and Modern Winery – Rhône Valley

Located in the heart of the southern Rhône Valley, in the Provençal part of the Gard region, this characterful wine estate enjoys an exceptionally preserved natural environment. Nestled in a small valley surrounded by rolling hills, the property offers a peaceful and authentic setting close to a village whose origins date back to the 12th century.

The estate is located just 5 km from local shops, about 20 minutes from a motorway access, and 55 minutes from the Avignon TGV high-speed train station, ensuring convenient accessibility while preserving a quiet and privileged living environment.

Set in the heart of its own land, the estate benefits from remarkable panoramic views of Mont Ventoux, the Pre-Alps, and the surrounding hills.

Vineyard

Certified in biodynamic agriculture, the vineyard covers approximately 5.25 hectares, planted around the buildings on attractive terraced plots benefiting from different exposures.

The vines are well maintained, trellised and carefully managed. Harvesting is carried out manually and the vinification of the three wine colors (red, white, and rosé) is performed directly on the estate.

In addition to the vineyard, the property also includes several complementary crops:

approximately 250 olive trees
an orchard composed of 40 apple trees, 75 almond trees, 38 apricot trees, and 40 pistachio trees

Additional unplanted land completes the property, offering interesting potential to expand the vineyard or diversify agricultural production.

Housing

Dating from the early 19th century, the stone-built Provençal farmhouse offers approximately 700 m² including its annexes, spread over two levels.

The renovated section currently includes:

Nearly 500 m² remain to be converted, corresponding to the former cellar on the ground floor and former storage areas on the upper level, offering significant potential to create a spacious and comfortable main residence.
