Vineyard
On 17.8 ha, the property has a viticultural potential of 14.3 ha of which 13.3 ha are planted in AOP Côtes du Rhône Villages, Côtes du Rhône Générique and AOP Ventoux. The vineyard is well maintained, entirely trellised and certified organic.
The rest of the land is essentially composed of woods and about a hundred olive trees.
Buildings
A 120 m² stone winegrower’s house with an enclosed pool area with a stone shelter.
Nestled in the woods, the location of a restored tower offers a pleasant viewpoint for a wine tasting in the heart of the estate.
Winery and outbuildings
Located at the entrance of the domain, a stone cellar of sale allows to welcome the customers in good conditions.
A fully equipped and very spacious wine-making cellar.
A shed with bottle storage is available.
