The 14 ha, in one piece, surrounds the Château and the cellars, on the prestigious terroir of Monbazillac.
The vines are cultivated and certified in organic farming and biodynamics.
10.5 ha produce AOP Monbazillac and 3.5 ha of AOP Bergerac.
The property also contains 6 ha of woodland, heathland and meadow around the vineyards.
The castle is a fortified house of the thirteenth and fourteenth centuries, built by the English during the Hundred Years War. Then belonging to Henry IV, he made a gift to a lawyer in Bergerac. In the 2000s a complete restoration, labelled by the Heritage Foundation has restored in all its splendour.
The winery is fully equipped for winemaking.
The barrel aging cellar is buried allowing an optimal breeding of the great wines of the Castle.
A magnificent barn, near the winery, has recently been converted into a quality reception venue.
A separate building stores all the growing equipment.
