Vineyard
The estate of 16 ha in total, offers 9.7 ha of vines in AOP Ventoux. The vineyard is planted mainly with Grenache, Syrah and Carignan. It is completed by some white grape varieties. The terroir is based on two soils (stony and sandy). The rest of the land is composed of an olive grove, a truffle farm, a magnificent park and woods.
Housing
The origin of the bastide dates back to the end of the 17th century. The main building is set against a pine forest and enjoys a clear and dominant view over the surrounding countryside. It offers a total surface of about 300 m², on two levels. Numerous living rooms on the first floor (living rooms, kitchen…) and night parts on the first floor.
