Nestled in the heart of the Comtat Venaissin, this property can be accessed easily, as it is only 3 min away from a provençal village and 25 min away from the main motorways. Avignon TGV Station 40 min away, Marseille international airport 1 hour and 10 min away.

VINEYARD

The vineyard under appellation Ventoux offers 6 ha of vines, mainly planted in Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre.

The land comprises a wood, an olive grove and a stunning park.

Château

Dating back to 1750, the Castle was built by the local gentry (Marquis du Comtat Venaissin). The current owners rehabilitated it in 1998. It spreads over 3 levels and comprises about 15 main rooms, including 5 bedrooms on the first floor

The Casltle is set at the heart of a magnificent park, rich in century old essences (beautiful cedars) with a small pool fed by a source, a swimming pool and pool house can be found in the park.

Outbuildings

This ensemble also includes an independent caretaker house, a chapel, an old but renovated sheepfold / horse stable and a small 2 room dwelling with bathroom and various outbuildings.
The total built surface is about 1,000 m².

All the wines are vinified and produced by an external service provider.
