Estate headquarters

The estate includes spacious and functional buildings. Some rooms are air-conditioned or semi-underground to facilitate wine storage.

The tasting and sales cellar is visible from the road, making it easy for customers to stop by.

The site, located away from any residential area, also includes a land reserve of more than 10,000 m², offering potential for a variety of projects.

Vineyard

The vineyards, cultivated according to the HVE Level 3 standard, are in very good condition and have maintained an average yield of over 60 hL/ha since 2021.

The main vineyard, covering 11 hectares, is located close to the estate buildings, while a secondary 5-hectare plot lies 4 km away, with the possibility of leasing an additional 5 hectares.

The vineyards include 11 hectares of white grape varieties, mainly Chenin Blanc, complemented by Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. The red grape varieties are predominantly Cabernet and Grolleau.

Operations

The work is carried out with consistency and care, resulting in good yields and quality wines marketed to a private customer base through the cellar door and sales tours. Events such as tastings and open-house days help strengthen relationships with the estate’s loyal clientele.

The estate is operated by the couple, assisted by an independent employee responsible for the vineyard and equipment management. The profitability of the business model is well established and has enabled continued investment in the vineyards, buildings, and equipment.
