The Vinea Transaction Network

The Vinea Transaction network is composed of legally independent agencies. Each agency in the network holds, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 70‑9 of January 2, 1970 (known as the Hoguet Law) and its implementing decree, its own professional license, financial guarantee, and professional liability insurance.

Transactions carried out in each region fall under the exclusive responsibility of the respective agency. Under no circumstances can Vinea Transaction, as the network’s head office, be held liable for the acts, omissions, or failures of any agency within the network.
