In May 2017, we announced the launch of this virtual and innovative approach, jointly initiated by Vinea Transaction, the architectural firm POBA and the Vinseo cluster of companies.

A style exercise that allows you to experience the birth of a project directly from its conception to the file of the executed works, led by the POBA agency.

Today, after more than a year of work, we are pleased to present the results of our work to you and announce the opening of the site for Vinisud 2019. This will allow a permanent dialogue and scalable.

1. Objective

Make a demonstration site available to the entire wine industry to understand the process of taking over and restructuring a wine estate.

From a single site, it is quite possible to come up with two totally opposite projections. The work that results from a collective multi-sector company approach and brings together the know-how that can be implemented and available to any project leader.

Estate of 83 ha located in Vaucluse.

Belonging to a family group of South Côtes-du-Rhône wine estates.

50 ha of cru in one piece, exceptional terroir and 15 ha of CDR for a young vineyard (50% are under 20 years old) and in the prime of life (40% have over 30 years).

Planted with red grape varieties, mainly Grenache (60%) and Syrah (33%).

Manual harvest.

A winegrower’s building in the heart of its vineyard, a former “granary” of the princes of Orange, situated in a dominant position to protect itself from its environment. 300 m2 developed having not undergone any real architectural modifications for more than a century. Partially occupied by workers on its south wing, everything needs to be fitted out including a large adjoining “garage”, a former hayloft.

The heart of the building is rich in historical elements: heads of Bacchus, Menade, Fauna, completed by fountains, gates and wrought iron gates. An ancient water tower has been enhanced with a neo-papal wreath in the shape of a machicolation.
