Château la Courançonne: Sale of a historic Côtes du Rhône estate.
This authentic 70 ha vineyard property was owned by the Meffre family . It is located on the Plan de Dieu and Séguret appellations. Vinea Transaction led the transaction for the benefit of a close neighbor, the Aubert family of the Château du Grand Retour which became the main producer in Plan de Dieu.
2019 will be the year of the first vintage.
