The estate is easy to access, it is only 20 minutes from the motorways, 50 minutes from Marseille airport, 40 minutes from the TGV station in Aix en Provence and 1.5 km from a village.
Vineyard
The 45 ha property has a vineyard of about 20 ha in PDO and PGI. The production benefits from the ECOCERT organic label.
The rest of the land is composed of a park around the bastide of Aix and its outbuildings and 25 ha of woods.
A small olive grove of about 80 olive trees allows the production of olive oil.
Bastide
Bastide Aix-en-Provence of about 700 m², with a dominant position.
