This magnificent 18th century property enjoys a natural, protected and private environment in the heart of the Rhone Valley.
Easy to access, it is only 15 minutes from the motorways and 20 minutes from the historical and cultural cities of Provence.
Vineyard
The 30-hectare estate currently comprises a small vineyard in the Côtes du Rhône AOP.
The estate benefits from a hillside exposure, it is located on a clay-limestone soil.
Château
In inside a surrounding wall with its wooded park, is a real estate complex of great quality.
The access is made from an alley of hundred-year-old plane trees on 800 m. In the middle of its 3 ha park, a Napoleonic bastide of about 250 m² on the ground on 3 levels is completed with various totally atypical buildings: A former gallery of paintings with a glass roof, A former silkworm nursery with Tuscan architecture, An orange grove with its annex, A former stable A farm to be renovated A former wine storehouse and a farm shed
Outbuildings
The main outbuildings are integrated into the perimeter of the castle and constitute an indissociable whole.
Winery
The vinification is done inside the cellar located in the heart of the outbuildings.
