COGNAC: Estate of 65 hectares of vines, of which 55 hectares are rented.

Wine estate of 65 ha of vines and 7 ha of walnut trees located in the Cru Petite Champagne and in the Cru Fin Bois. To allow the installation of a young person, 55 ha will be rented out and all of the stocks under contract from account 0 to account 5 as well as the 2020 harvest will be resumed.

Buildings

The estate includes operating buildings (hangar, aging cellar, distillery), equipment, stock and a house. The operating equipment (including 2 boilers) and buildings are fully operational.
