Vineyard

Production is supported by a vineyard comprising around ten grape varieties, including 40 hectares of Muscadet, arranged in large, closely grouped blocks.

The high‑quality vineyard management carried out by the staff, along with regular replanting, ensures good yields and allows the estate to adapt its production.

Buildings

The buildings are located on two nearby sites overlooking a 20‑hectare vineyard block in a single piece.

One site is dedicated to optimizing winemaking operations, while the other brings together the tasting room sales area, wine shipping facilities, and the vineyard operations base.

Work Force

The team is highly committed and largely autonomous, including in tasks normally handled by the outgoing owners, which could facilitate a smooth transition.

A vineyard manager supervises four vineyard workers, while two staff members handle the shipment of 300,000 bottles of wine per year, both within France and for export.

In the office, three employees manage wine sales, the tasting room, wine tourism, prospecting, and sales administration.
