ANJOU – SAUMUR: Family estate on beautiful terroirs

This estate is made up of a beautiful landscaped building complex in the heart of an old wine-growing village between Angers and Saumur.

Buildings

The buildings combine the charm of the old and the functionality of modern constructions.

The surface area of the site facilitates access to the area in good conditions.

A house to renovate completes the whole: offering potential for gîtes or the possibility of living on site.

The vineyard is planted on a high plateau near the operating headquarters. It can be extended onto owned areas.

The quality of the terroirs, historically producers of red, allows us to envisage good production potential in White, Red, Rosé and Crémant de Loire.

The variety of 8 grape varieties, dominated by Cabernet Franc and Chenin Blanc, produces a range of wines adapted to particular customers.

The vines are managed in HVE3 with the implementation of tillage.

The 21ha of vines for sale combine with 12ha for rental.

Thus the surface area taken over can vary between 21 and 33ha exploited.

The transferor invests regularly in order to facilitate the work while preparing a transfer under good conditions.

The equipment allows efficient, quality work both in the vineyard and in winemaking.
