This prestigious wine estate is set on a natural and preserved plateau in the Côtes du Rhône, just minutes away from the historic sites of Uzès and the Pont du Gard. Ideally located: 15 minutes from major motorways, 30 minutes from Avignon and its TGV station, and 45 minutes from Nîmes airport.

Vineyards

The estate covers 94 hectares in a single block, including:

78 ha of vines: 3 ha in Lirac Cru, 40 ha in Laudun Cru, 34 ha in Côtes du Rhône AOC.
Around 8 ha of woodland and scrubland.
0.7 ha of landscaped park and gardens.

The varied and complementary terroirs allow for the production of high-quality wines. The vineyard is farmed under sustainable viticulture.

Grape varieties: Grenache Noir, Syrah, Carignan, Mourvèdre, Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Chardonnay, Clairette.

Residence

The château, originally from the 17th century and redesigned in the 19th century, overlooks a walled park with century-old trees, including a majestic cedar.

Stone-built bastide of 450 m², featuring kitchen, dining room, living room, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms/shower rooms, 2 WCs, plus cellars and attic.
Two charming guesthouses (180 m² each), created within the former farmhouse, with landscaped gardens and a swimming pool.

Winery

The winery (660 m²), installed in former silk mills, has a capacity of 13,000 hl (lined concrete, stainless steel, and fiberglass tanks).
A newly added battery of thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks provides modern, versatile winemaking potential.
