Vinea Transaction Bordeaux, the Bordeaux branch of Vinea Transaction BC2L, originates from the wine division of Quatuor Transactions, a leading firm specializing in agricultural business transactions in France since 2004.

Initially a partner of Vinea Transaction since 2008 in the Cognac vineyard—where we have supported numerous buyers and sellers in their projects—we have expanded our presence within the VINEA TRANSACTION network, bringing our expertise to winegrowers in Bordeaux and the Loire Valley.

Each of our negotiators specializes in a specific vineyard area, enabling them to fully understand the unique characteristics of every region.

Véronique LAVEIX, with a legal background in real estate and over 20 years of experience in vineyard property transactions, has further strengthened her expertise by creating and developing both a wine estate and a trading business. Through her dynamism, attentiveness, and professionalism, she supports clients in successfully delivering their projects.

Dominique DUFORT, who joined the team in 2014, assists the vineyard negotiators. His excellent command of English is a valuable asset in the international Bordeaux wine market.

Tugdual DE TREMAUDAN, Partner and Managing Director, is a specialist in rural law and holds a Master’s degree in Land Expertise from IHEDREA. He brings his experience and expertise to the entire team, particularly in legal matters related to transaction follow-up.

Eric BERNARD, Founder and President, contributes his know-how in client support and oversees all stages of the transaction process through to the final signing of the sale.
