Situated around 35 minutes from Aix-en-Provence, this 16th-century stone bastide offers an ideal setting for wine tourism on 39 hectares of land. Nestling in the foothills of the southern Luberon, close to emblematic villages, the estate boasts breathtaking views of Mont Sainte-Victoire and the Durance River.

Surrounded by woods and vineyards, the estate’s environment is one of great tranquillity. Easy access: the motorway is just 5 minutes away, Marseille airport is 50 minutes away, Aix-En-Provence TGV station is 40 minutes away, and shops are 2 km away.

Vineyard

Of the 39 hectares, around 22 hectares of vines are planted with AOP Lubéron (19 hectares) and IGP (3 hectares), benefiting from clay-limestone soil. The vineyard, which is HVE3-certified, has a canal irrigation system and could potentially be awarded organic certification.

Housing

The property comprises a fully renovated stone bastide, swimming pool, chapel, priest’s garden, olive groves and woods. The three-storey, 800 m² bastide offers a comfortable private area, a large flat, spacious bedrooms, a study, a lounge, a reception room and various outbuildings.

Cellars and outbuildings

The estate has a 600 m² cellar and storage area comprising a vinification cellar, a bottling cellar, a barrel cellar and a storage cellar. All the farm equipment is sheltered by canopies.
