This wine estate is located in the heart of the Faugères appellation, in a peaceful and natural environment, just a short drive from a small town and only 30 minutes from major highways and a large city in the region.

Vineyard

The property operates 20 hectares of vines certified HVE (High Environmental Value), all classified as AOP Faugères. The vineyard is structured in well-sized blocks and surrounded by garrigue, planted on schist soils typical of the Faugères terroir.

Grape varieties:

  • Reds: Syrah, Grenache Noir, Carignan, Mourvèdre

  • Others: Grenache Gris, Lledoner Pelut, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon, Picpoul, Muscat à petits grains, Clairette

Average yield: 30 to 38 hl/ha, for an annual production between 700 and 900 hl.
The estate also includes 250 olive trees located around the winery and along vineyard edges.

Residence

The estate features a single-storey house of approx. 100 m², currently used as a guest house.
Modern, comfortable, and independent, it can accommodate up to 4 guests, with a private garden and panoramic views over the Faugères countryside.
Perfect for residential or tourism-related use.

Winery & Outbuildings

Built in 2013 on a 2.6-hectare plot, the winery is a modern and fully functional facility, designed around a Mediterranean-style patio.

Total surface area: approx. 840 m², including:

  • Vinification cellar (230 m²)

  • Barrel ageing cellar (110 m²)

  • Bottle storage room (130 m²)

  • Tasting room and office (100 m²)

  • Central patio (180 m²) + 2 covered areas

The winery includes 1,320 hl of branded stainless-steel tanks, with well-maintained modern equipment, ensuring excellent control of temperature and hygiene.

An additional 130 m² cellar is equipped with 4 concrete tanks (102 hl each), also used for dry goods and equipment storage.

The property is sold with all vineyard and winemaking equipment, fully operational and in good condition.
