This historic property is located in the heart of the Corbières appellation, in a lowland area 30 minutes from the Mediterranean coast.
Easy to reach, it is only 20 minutes from the motorways.
Vineyard
With a total surface area of 125 hectares, the estate has 52 hectares of vineyards.
36 ha are in the Corbières appellation (65% of the surface area), with the remainder in IGP and varietal wines.
The estate comprises a main plot of 80 ha and a secondary plot of 40 ha located 2 km from the main plot.
The remaining 65 hectares are woodland, heathland and land.
Housing
Languedoc house in need of updating, with its own garden and swimming pool.
A renovated gîte, wine cellar and offices complete the property.
Winery
The current winery, with 8,000 hl of usable vat space, is in two parts: a traditional concrete cellar, to be refurbished, with a new double-skin cladding cellar as an extension. With a surface area of 1,000 m², the new cellar, with its reception area and stainless steel vat room, will enable the wines to be vinified, stored and matured in optimum conditions.
