Buildings :

Located in a village, with two access points, the property includes a 440 m² winery and a building constructed in 2021 comprising a tasting room, an office, an agricultural shed, and a small barrel room.

Land reserve: 15,000 m².

Equipment :

One tractor, two trailers, and soil‑working discs; additional investments will be needed (spraying, weeding, canopy management, etc.).

The winery is well equipped with complete cellar material (pneumatic press, Vinimatic), 1,500 hectolitres of stainless‑steel and fiberglass tanks, and temperature control installed in 2024.

Vineyard

The estate produces a complete range of Anjou and Saumur Brut wines, tailored to the demands of the trade market, thanks to its six grape varieties, the main ones being Cabernet Franc, Grolleau Noir, and Chenin Blanc. The different terroirs are located within a 2‑km radius, with plantings at 100 × 200 cm spacing.

The vines are fairly old but remain in productive condition.

Marketing

The wines are sold as must and in bulk to the trade.

The tasting room is no longer active, although it was refurbished in 2021 and the quality of the wines is well recognized (medals).
