Vineyard
The estate covers approximately 22.5 hectares, including more than 14 hectares of prestigious ‘Dentelles de Montmirail’ and Côtes du Rhône wines. Restructuring work is undertaken every year, with replanting and new planting campaigns.
Housing
In the spirit of a ‘winegrower’s house’, the buildings are organised around a landscaped inner courtyard.
The renovated main farmhouse features Provençal architecture typical of winegrowers’ houses. With a surface area of approximately 250 m² spread over three levels, it includes a living room with open kitchen, a pantry, a lounge, as well as three bedrooms and a master suite. The farmhouse is insulated and equipped with underfloor heating on the ground floor, offering optimal comfort.
The farmhouse is complemented by outbuildings, a cellar and agricultural annexes.
Winery and outbuildings
The wine cellar, with a total capacity of approximately 2,000 hl, is fully equipped with concrete, fibreglass and stainless steel vats, as well as a pneumatic press. The vat room allows for plot selection, guaranteeing the quality of the wines. In addition, the estate has a barrel cellar, an annex cellar and a large shed for storing equipment.
